To ensure smooth execution and timely completion of solar projects, customers are requested to review and follow the below project guidelines.
Order Confirmation
An order shall be considered confirmed only after:
Signing of the Purchase Order (PO)
Receipt of the agreed initial advance payment
Any modifications to the approved order must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Equipment Placement
During the site visit, customers must finalize the placement of:
Solar panels
Inverters
Wiring pathways
Other relevant equipment
Any later change in equipment location requiring additional materials or labour shall attract extra charges.
Material Safety After Delivery
Once materials are delivered to the customer’s site, their safety and security become the customer’s responsibility.
Any loss, theft, damage, or mishandling after delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Electricity Board-Related Charges
Charges related to load enhancement, name correction, meter changes, or other applicable electricity board formalities shall be payable separately as per the prevailing DISCOM/Electricity Board norms.
Quotation Validity
All quotations shall remain valid for 5 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised depending on market conditions and material price fluctuations.
Customer Cooperation
Timely approvals, site access, required documents, and payment adherence are essential for smooth project execution and timely completion.
